Internship Program Weekend Activities
The University of Dreams weekend activities are one of the most popular aspects of our program, and it's no secret why. Traveling and experiencing the city is a crucial element in allowing you to explore all that London has to offer. It is very important to us that you get the full experience of living in London. Below is a breakdown of the type of activities the program will host.

Double-decker Tour of London We will spend the day exploring the city of London and taking in famous landmarks such as London Tower, Buckingham Palace, The London Eye, and Big Ben. There is no better way to get introduced to all the sights and sounds London has to offer! After touring the city, lunch will be served at the Hard Rock Café that started it all. Hard Rock Café became an instant classic and has ultimately become the world's leading collector and exhibitor of Rock 'n' Roll memorabilia. |

Paris Overnight Yes, you read it right, our London participants get to spend a night in Paris! Paris is stunningly beautiful and vibrant, rich with history, culture and art. With its wide sweep of boulevards, the procession of bridges across the Seine, fantastic museums, and its multicultural neighborhoods, Paris is a city that you will enjoy whether it's your first trip or your twentieth. At this weekend event we will take you on an open-deck bus tour through this city's most popular districts. You will be enamored by Paris's historical ambiance, artistic charm and elegant cafes and restaurants. The tour will allow you to see sites such as the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triumph, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Concorde Plaza. Be sure to take a boat ride down the River Seine at sunset and climb the glistening Eiffel tower at night. With all there is to do in this magnificent city, it will be an experience our participants will never forget! |

Stonehenge & Bath On this weekend excursion we will visit a few of the wonders of England. We will tour Stonehenge, one of the most famous mysterious and prehistoric sites in the world. After a picturesque experience at Stonehenge, we will get ready to explore an ancient Kingdom of the Romans. The ancient city of Bath is a true marvel! The Roman baths and sweeping Georgian terraces combine to produce one of the most elegant sights in Europe. The ancient Celts, who first inhabited this area, believed that Bath's hot springs were sacred, but it was the Romans who built the temple and the famous baths - now restored to their original grandeur. |

Dinner/Dance Cruise of the River Thames Ladies and Gents, dress your best in black, white or red for this very special affair: "London Town." We'll revel in a four-hour dinner/dance cruise of the River Thames. We'll begin to cruise to the smooth sounds of Frank Sinatra as we take in the scene, mingle with friends, and munch on appetizers. After eating a sumptuous dinner, we'll pick up the speed and dance to your favorite beats. As the sun sets, we will have the most breathtaking views of London Town's historical landmarks including Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Shakespeare's Globe, London Bridge and Tower Bridge. This will surely be a memorable evening as we dine, dance, and party on board! |

London Theatre & Night out on the Town London Theatre offers the greatest variety of musicals and plays ever produced! You will have the opportunity to choose from several options of some of the most highly acclaimed theater productions in the world. This will be a very memorable and classic performance that you will never forget. In the evening, we will cherish our time together in London Town at a most favorable restaurant/night club. |

WarwickCastle & Stratford upon Avon Get ready for a sensational time of exploring Warwick Castle, Britain's Greatest Medieval Experience! Warwick offers a great variety of mediaeval sporting events and activities including jousting, archery and falconry shows to amaze each and every day. Be astounded as Warwick's brave knights challenge each other to a contest of skill, agility, precision, and bravery and dazzle guests with a display of incredible equestrian prowess and pageantry. This full-day trip will give us the opportunity to drive through one of the most scenic areas of England, take part in medieval activities at Warwick Castle, and visit the charming historic village Stratford upon Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. |
